1. Introduction

Welcome to JUUWU. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our wardrobe-style packing cubes. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch the products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Colors of products may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards as displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for packages that are not collected or accepted.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the products.

To exercise your right to cancel:

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any additional costs resulting from your choice of express delivery). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

You must send back the goods within 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving incorrect or defective products).

9. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@juuwu.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

10. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If products do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed, any losses not caused by our breach of contract, or business losses.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JUUWU LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

14. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, or failures of public or private telecommunications networks.
